What a great & refreshing session! The bath was extremely cold and the sauna was cool (not literally). Jamie and the people at F45 were also so accommodating. Highly recommend!
I booked in at RCVRY Shack for a Sauna & Ice Bath. The space is well laid out and the Sauna is the best I’ve ever used. Definitely recommend paying them a visit!

The compression boots are my favorite! A great way to help get rid of muscle soreness and relax watching a movie, after a big week training at Hustle St. It is a beautiful space and it so easy to book in.
